Lamia grew up in France, surrounded by fresh ingredients and distinctive regional dishes. By the age of twelve, Lamia had appointed herself the family chef.
Despite her love of cuisine, Lamia had initially studied to be a nurse. After a serious accident ended her career, Lamia started her life anew, dedicating herself to her first passion: cooking and baking. Lamia’s gastronomic repertoire includes both sweet and savory dishes and she insists on making everything from scratch.
